This Encaustic painting, though serene in appearance, is my view while jogging along Little Lake in Peterborough, Ontario, just after crossing a smaller lock. The curving path, framed with trees, opens up to a gorgeous view of Little Lake. Painted in Encaustic with an image transfer and oil sticks on birch panel. Another piece from the In Transit exhibition.
